Bag on the ankles

I am not quite sure how she did it, but Grace managed to get a shopping around her ankles. She had one handle around each ankle. She was running around the house, and the bag was puffed up like a parachute and making lots of noise. She loved the sound of the crinkling plastic. This occupied her attention for a solid 10 minutes.
