Octopuses

Grace and I spent a recent morning making octopus families out of modeling clay. I am not much of an artist, but a little ball and a few long ropes were not much of a problem. Luckily, she did not pick something like a cow or duck because that would have been ugly. We made the octopuses until we had used up all of the clay (which fortunately was in short supply). The lower photo is Grace posing with the octopuses on the table.
