These pictures of the kids playing with Grandmother, kicked me in the side of the head with the thought "Decorate your house already, just a little bit, something, anything." The Wal-Mart clock ($5) on the mantle is certainly not doing the trick. We have some work to do, but we have already started adding a few things (it's only been 7 months :).
